Cut down on baking pan clean-up. Try lining your brownie pan with aluminum foil. Your cooled brownies will lift right out and be easy to cut into uniform squares.

i tried it with the new brownie pan that is now available it works great to cut them in the pan
and lift the foil up or you can turn the whole brownie out and cut it into pieces or sizes you want
lining the pan with foil also cuts down on clean up

Hi Thanks for the tip. How long do you cook them in that pan? I either under cook or over in that pan. Thank you
