For best serving results, cut your cake with a serrated knife and clean your knife after each slice.

this will probaly help ive always had bad exeperiences with angel food cake!

Cooling angel food cake "hang upside down on heat proof glass bottle". Tube pan does not fit wine bottle, olive oil bottle or beer bottle. Suggestions?

You can use the old fashion soda bottle or try a long neck beer bottle which is easier to find.
