My oven is 25 degrees shy of accuracy, according to my oven thermometer. My husband asked how I knew if my oven thermometer is accurate. Well, I don't actually know, since the thermometer is made in China. And even if it is accurate, how do I adjust the temperature. I don't want to just raise the temperature 25 degrees. Most probably the thermostat is bad. That requires calling a Viking technician to come and check and replace whatever is necessary. Drop at least $100 +.
