Default GRANNY'S PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

1 1/2- cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2- cup of creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1- box of powdered (confectioners) sugar
2- sticks of margarine
1- 6 ounce pkg of chocolate chips

MIX graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter & sugar in a 13 x 9 pan. MELT margarine and pour over the peanut butter & graham cracker mixture. MIX well and pat in pan to make it even. MELT chocolate chips either over double boiler or microwave until melted (you can add a pat of butter or marg if the melted chips are too stiff). SPREAD melted chocolate chips over the peanut butter graham cracker mixture.

COOL in refrigerator. WHEN ready to serve, set at room temp for a little while then cut into squares. WILL store in refrigerator of at least a week.
