Nothin' like a happy hubby! Mine is sad that this cake is gone. Got a couple more on the docket I wanna try but after grocery shopping today-gonna have to wait for a bit-there's no room in the refrigerator for it!

Thanks Carol-I hope you enjoy this one-feel free to use whatever frosting is your favorite......this cake is so good, I could eat it plain....a little dab of mint chocolate ice cream on the side would be nice though.......

MAN I'm craving chocolate now!

I'm with Patsy. have this one copied to try. we love chocolate and the cake is a decent size for the two of us.

Thanks Patsy and Cyndy-this is one of the best chocolate cakes I've ever tasted. The size is a plus too..........Bob's already asking when we're going to have it again. I think he liked it!
