The Doctor told me to stay away from sweets, pasta, potatoes because they all turn into sugar. She also told me to eat more grain products, but, that is hard for me because if I eat too much grains and ruffage, it irrates my digestive system and I get pain in my side. I am between a rock and hard plate!

I LOVE MY SWEETS!!!!

you and me both Sue.... and my hubby, he can have pasta, just once a week or less.
ARGH!!!! the starch turns to sugar and some people are affected that way.

eventually we find a balance, all takes time.....
