Pumpkin Dessert
16 graham crackers, crushed 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1/3 cup sugar Mix and save some for the top. Put rest into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. 1 1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream 1 package instant vanilla pudding 1 1/4 cup pumpkin pure pack not filling 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 pint cream, whipped 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. cloves.optional 1/4 tsp allspice 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 tsp salt NOTE: I use 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice Mix on low speed with mixer. Pour on baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs. Freeze until firm. ENJOY!!! |
