You Will Need:
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 5 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Prep: PREHEAT oven to 375°F. EMPTY cookie mix into large bowl. BREAK up any lumps.
- Mix: STIR egg, water and oil into cookie mix until thoroughly moistened. DROP rounded teaspoons of dough 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake: BAKE in center of oven 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. COOL for 1 minute, then remove with a spatula to cooling rack.
Low Fat Recipe:Prepare and bake cookies according to directions above, except using 1 egg, 2 tablespoons water and 3 tablespoons applesauce per pouch of mix. Cookies will be chewy.
High Altitude (over 3,500 ft.):
High Altitude Directions:Stir 1 tablespoon flour per pouch into mix and prepare according to directions above.
