Ingredients Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a mini-muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package. Mix 1 cup of toffee bits into batter.
  3. Spoon brownie batter into muffin tin, filling about two-thirds full.
  4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool completely.
  5. Pour packet of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Caramel Flavor Mix into can of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter. Stir until evenly blended.
  6. Frost brownie gems with a dollop of the Caramel frosting you just created. Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup toffee bits on top as a garnish.
  7. Tip:

  8. For variety, try other mix-ins instead of toffee bits, such as mini-chocolate chips, nuts or chopped-up cookies.

Instead of the toffee bits on top for garnish, I used coarse ground sea salt. It was AMAZING!!! Went very fast and family has requested them again!

My grandchildren love chocolate mint. I used this recipe, but folded in 1 cup of chopped up Andes candies. I then used a dollop of the mint chocolate Frosting Creations. Amazing!

My brownies baked in 10 minutes. They were sooooooooo good! My husband took them to work and when he got home he asked me to make more.

The baking time for the brownies is more like 25 minutes. They do not get completely ready in 15 minutes.

FYI I used a regular muffin pan, so not sure if that is why....
