Perfect for a 4th of July celebration where you want S'mores but don't want the mess. Easy to make S'more Brownies that were inspired by the desire to have S'mores. What was amazing, besides the glaze☺, was that my husband doesn't care for S'mores, but he loved these. In fact he had the first slice and said, "Oh honey you've got to taste these!"
- 15x10 inch jellyroll pan
- 2 family size boxes of Duncan Hines Brownie Mix
- 1 bottle of Duncan Hines Amazing Glaze: Chocolate
- 1 packet of Graham Crackers
- 1 bag of Jet-Puffed Stacker-Mallows
- Bake brownies according to package directions.
- While brownies are baking crush graham crackers in food processor or place in a zip-lock bag and crush; set aside.
- While brownies are still warm drizzle a small amount of the Amazing Glaze, you just need enough to make the graham cracker crumbs to stick. Evenly top with graham cracker crumbs.
- Place stacker marshmallows on top: 8 across lengthwise, 5 down the sides.
- I used a torch to S'more the marshmallows but you can use your broiler, but carefully watch because you don't want to burn the graham crackers or the marshmallows.
- Drizzle with remaining Duncan Amazing Glaze and enjoy!
- Happy C☺☺king, Jeannie
