Chocolate cake using the old soft bananas to make the cake super moist with a just touch of banana taste. It gets the kids eating bananas and take much less time and effort than traditional banana bread.
- soft bananas
- chocolate cake mix
- oil
- water
- eggs
- cocoa (optional)
- Mash Bananas and set aside.
- Follow the directions for a chocolate or devils food cake mix.
- Add the mashed bananas.
- I also added a little more cocoa for a richer flavor
- Bake 25 minutes.
- The cake was super moist and my girls loved it.
- This was great served hot with a pat of butter on the top!
