Lemon Supreme Pound Cake

Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 package Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Blend ingredients in large mixer bowl.
  3. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
  4. Turn into greased 10-inch tube pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 55 minutes or till golden brown.
  6. Cool 25 minutes. Then remove from pan.
  7. Glaze: Blend 1 cup confectioner's sugar with 2 Tbsp. milk or 2 Tbsp. lemon juice.
  8. Drizzle over cake.

This is a great cake I have been making it for years but, I add 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries and 1 tbls of lemon zest, delicious

I was sorry when you stopped putting this recipe on the Lemon Supreme cake mix box. That is why I had to go on line and look up the recipe. We love this cake. Always pleases everyone.
