Lemon Jello Cake

Baking Instructions

  1. Blend cake mix, Jello mix, oil, water and eggs until moistened.
  2. Blend on medium speed for 5 minutes
  3. Grease and flour 9x11 Pyrex dish or pan
  4. Pour cake batter into dish or pan
  5. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
  6. Cool on rack for 15 minutes
  7. Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved
  8. Poke holes in cake with a large 2 prong fork
  9. Smooth glaze evenly on top of the cake while cake is warm so glaze will absorb into the cake via the holes
