I'm not sure this recipe is correct. I followed it exactly. The crust was not crumbly but rather very thick dough- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil is a lot. Then I had to look up how many cups = 1# confectioner's sugar (4). The topping was very thick and difficult to mix but did improve with the addition of the eggs. I ended up baking it for 40 minutes but it was puffed and very lightly browned when done. Now I cut it to see about the taste and texture. Bars are very thin and dense (not like in the photo) and crust is now crumbly. Flavor is very intense but may be OK with vanilla ice cream on the side. I will chill them and see if anything improves but overall- not great.

The topping is still wet after 40 minutes. What did I do wrong. Does it set up after it comes out. It does not say.

Make sure that you use regular cream cheese - if you use the fat reduced or the fat free you will wind up with a soggy mess
