Recipe Description
Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix, flavored with lemon pudding, orange and lemon juice, and made into a bar.
Ingredients Baking Instructions
  • 1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg sub.
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 small box instant lemon pudding, regular or sugar free
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 extra large lemons or 3 regular
  • 1 can Duncan Hines Vanilla Frosting
  • 2 large oranges
  • 2 large limes
  1. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, pudding, orange juice, water, juice of 1 lemon.
  2. Mix until thick and smooth.
  3. Spread into 9x13-inch pan .
  4. Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Mix frosting with juice from 1 orange , 1 lemon and 1 lime.
  7. Mix until creamy, it should be thin.
  8. Drizzle over cooled lemon bars.
  9. Cut into bars.
  10. Enjoy!
  11. May use White or Yellow Cake Mix.
