These cookies are so fun and different! You will love the combination of cherry, vanilla, and white chocolate in one chewy soft cookie. Easy and quick made from a cake mix!
- 1 packet of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Cherry Vanilla Flavor Mix
- 1 box of Duncan Hines White cake mix
- 1 stick unsalted butter room temp
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350.
- 1. Beat butter until soft.
- 2. Add in 2 eggs, beat together.
- 3. Add white cake mix.
- 4. Add in Duncan Hine Cherry Vanilla Flavor Mix, mix until blended.
- 5. Stir in dried cherries and white chocolate chips.
- 6. Drop onto parchment paper of foil lined cookie sheet.
- 7. Bake for 13 minutes.
- 8. Easily transfer cookies to cool on wire rack by lifting parchement paper or foil and sliding onto cooling rack.
