How would you customize the recipe for the Decadent Glazed Cupcakes for a special occasion?

With a monogram! You dip the cupcakes into the chocolate, and then you pipe your design on the chocolate glaze. So you could pipe a letterÑlet's say, the first letter of a child's name and flowers or different designs. And you can customize it to make it your own.

What else could bakers use the Amazing Glazes for?

My signature dessert is something my family coined "The Bakery Cake". They think it looks like a fancy bakery cake. Basically, I take a Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix (or Golden Cake Mix) and bake it up regularly in a Bundt pan. I divide the cake into three layers, put lots of whipped cream between the layers and then glaze it with a Chocolate Glaze. And it's absolutely delicious! It looks beautiful, and it's such a great dessert.

These look fantastic. I'm not a big vanilla fan though; wouldn't they be great with caramel-flavored glaze decoration on top?
