  2. Prepare cake batter as directed on package.
  3. Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling them no more than two-thirds full.
  4. Bake 18 to 24 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cupcakes comes out clean. Let cupcakes cool for 5 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely.

  6. Place 1 teaspoon of Duncan Hines® Comstock® Raspberry Pie Filling in the cavity of each cupcake.
  7. Pour packet of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ White Chocolate Raspberry Flavor Mix into can of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter. Stir until evenly blended.
  8. Frost top of cupcakes with the White Chocolate Raspberry frosting you just created and garnish with white chocolate curls.
  9. Tip:

  10. You can fill your cupcakes with the Duncan Hines® Comstock® Raspberry Pie Filling by using a small spoon or by putting the filling in a piping bag and squeezing it into the center of the cupcake.

I am looking at doing my own cupcake tower for my wedding in June. I decided to use my co-workers as cake testers. I started with this one. It was a huge hit!

you can make your own raspberry filling - cook down raspberries with sugar and add a litle lemon juice.

Made these today with my own homemade buttercream icing...not bad if you like raspberry...I coated my cupcakes in white chocolate ganache before adding the icing on top as well.

These look really good. I went to Walmart tonight which is off the beaten path for me but wanted something new they have. They had several of the cake mixes; I stocked up on about 5, good price, really looked for the new creations and didn't see any. They'll be along I'm sure. I think kids will love some of the names and colors.

I went to Wal-mart as Well, and I found these Flavorings and got one of each of some flavors I thought I may like to try. My Nephews BD is coming up in June gonna try making the Bubble Gum flavored frosting for him with a Yellow Cake mix I think would give it a Pop rather than the White Cake mix. Wished they would have made a Blueberry Cheesecake Flavor =D
