Kahlua mousse for filling a cake.
- 1 small pkg. of vanilla instant pudding
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup kahlua
- Mix all ingredients together; beat at medium speed until thick.
- This is a wonderful mousse. It compliments yellow as well as chocolate cake.

Only if you are afraid of the alcohol. If that is the problem, cook out the alcohol first, the flavor will still be there (almost). If not, add a little cocoa or cacao, as Kalhua is made from cacao and coffee.

I made this mousse yesterday for a Tiara Dessert creation but used Baileys Irish Cream instead.I also used the Baileys in the cake base then topped off the mousse with cool whip and at serving time a drizzle of chocolate syrup. It was one of my best Tiara Creations since a Mudslide version I did a while back. Thanks for sharing ;)
