This is what you get when you mix a carnival staple with a campfire desert. Dark chocolate & marshmallow Peepsters sitting on top of a mini Keebler graham cracker pie crust, smothered in FUNNEL CAKE batter. When baked, this treat is crispy & golden on the outside; gooey and sweet in the middle. Finally, the pies are topped off with chocolate marshmallow frosting, mini marshmallow & chocolate bits.
- 2 packest of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Chocolate Marshmallow Flavor Mix and 1 can of Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter
- 1 6 oz box of Cool Creations Funnel Cake Mix
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of vanilla soy milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of sugar for dusting
- 6 Dark chocolate Peepsters with marshmallow centers
- 6 Keebler Ready Graham Cracker Mini Pie Crusts
- Marshmallow Bits
- Mini Chocolate Chip Toppers
- Pour packs of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Chocolate Marshmallow Flavor Mix into can of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter. Stir until evenly blended.
- Heat your oven on 350 degrees.
- Take pie crusts out of package & place all on a cookie sheet.
- Place one Peepster in the center of each mini pie crust.
- In a bowl, add funnel cake mix, sugar, soy milk, & vanilla extract.
- Mix on medium for 2 minutes.
- Now pour batter into each pie crust till all the batter is used. Take that extra teaspoon of sugar and dust each pie with equal amounts of sugar.
- Bake mini pies 18-20 minutes.
- Place cookie sheet on a cooling rack and cool pies completely.
- Frost each pie with your chocolate marshmallow frosting. Then garnish with marshmallow bits & mini chocolate chip toppers.
