Pie
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- teaspoon vinegar
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and the rest of the ingredients, except the last two, and blend.
- Add the coconut and pour into the pie shell.
- Bake 1 hour at 325 or until firm.

This is a little different than the recipe I currently have, and it was great.
