These are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat. These quick and simple cannoli's would add beauty and style to any party, shower, holiday or wedding without all the work and fuss. Takes less than 15 minutes to assemble. This can be made with any frosting and fruit or no fruit at all, for any occasion.
- 1 packet of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ White Chocolate Raspberry Flavor Mix and 1 can of Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter
- 1 box sugar cones
- 1/2 c fresh raspberries, smashed up slightly
- 1/2 c ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 c white jimmies sprinkling candy
- Remove the lid of your frosting creations frosting base (do not add frosting creations powder into it yet) and pour the white jimmies into the lid.
- Dip just the rim of your sugar cone into the frosting base.
- Then dip the frosted rim of the cone into the lid with the jimmies to cover the rim.
- Do this with all cones and set aside.
- In a large bowl pour pack of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ White Chocolate Raspberry Flavor Mix into can of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter.
- Stir until evenly blended.
- Add ricotta cheese and stir well.
- Add the raspberries and mini chocolate chips and stir just to blend.
- Using a pastry bag with an extra large tip or no tip at all, fill the cannolis. (You can also use a ziploc bag and cut a corner)
- Chill.
- Quick, simple, flavorful and fun to eat...I promise

These look absolutely A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I have always wanted to make cannoli but was afraid of making pastry shells. This is a perfect solution and the filling just makes my mouh water,

They are sooooo easy! These would be great with any of the frosting creations.... Lets us be so creative for any occasion or holiday and match a flavor for the event.

I love cannoli's! But I hate making the pastry shells. I tried it once and swore to never do it again. I buy my shells from La Pasta Italia in Grand Terrace - and they're kind of pricey. I never thought to use sugar cones! What an excellent idea!! I'll have to try your recipe!
